Return Policy
Budgiverse products are made to order. That means we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes once an order has been placed.
Standard returns are not accepted
We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or want a different color or style after purchase.
When to contact us instead
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us first through our contact page. Do not send any item back before we review the issue.
Issue reporting deadlines
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted orders must be reported within 30 days after delivery.
- Packages believed to be lost in transit must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What to include in your message
Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos if the issue involves damage, a defect, or a print error. This helps us review the claim faster.
Wrong address and returned-to-sender packages
If an order is returned because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, or because the package was unclaimed, we can arrange reshipment once the address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Approved resolutions
If the issue is approved under the current Printify rules, the resolution will usually be a reprint or a refund. We will confirm the correct next step after reviewing the order.
