Shipping Policy

Every Budgiverse order is made to order before it ships. Delivery timing depends on production time, the shipping method available for your order, the print provider fulfilling it, and the destination country.

Delivery time

Every order is printed for you, then shipped. In the US, most orders arrive within 3-8 business days of ordering with Standard shipping, or 5-11 business days with Economy. The options and estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the products in your order, the destination, and the available shipping method. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking is sent when the carrier provides it, usually once the parcel is scanned into its network. A few shipping services do not include tracking. If your order shows none, contact us with your order number and we will check where it is.

Wrong address or unclaimed deliveries

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned because the address entered at checkout was incorrect, or because the package was unclaimed, we can arrange reshipment once the address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can review the order.
