Shipping Policy

Every Budgiverse order is made to order before it ships. Delivery timing depends on production time, the shipping method available for your order, the print provider fulfilling it, and the destination country.

Production time

Most orders move into production after purchase and usually take 2-7 business days to be produced before shipment.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Transit time varies by destination, shipping method, and print provider. The most accurate delivery estimate for your order is the delivery window shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the products in your order, the destination, and the available shipping method. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking is sent after the carrier scans the parcel into its network. Tracking updates can take a short time to appear after dispatch.

Wrong address or unclaimed deliveries

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned because the address entered at checkout was incorrect, or because the package was unclaimed, we can arrange reshipment once the address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can review the order.
